Job Description

You will join a multidisciplinary team where your role is central: you bridge the gap between business vision and technical execution, and you are the guarantor of the value delivered sprint after sprint.

Your Missions

Product Vision

• Define and champion the vision aligned with the insurance business needs.

Specifications

• Write user stories and functional specifications with rigor.

Testing, Acceptance & Support

• Oversee functional acceptance, qualify anomalies, and support business teams in change management.

Backlog & Prioritization

• Build and maintain a value-oriented backlog with the teams.

Agile Facilitation

• Lead Scrum ceremonies: sprints, reviews, and retrospectives.

Innovation & Watch

• Explore Insurtech, AI, and data trends to serve projects.
