Product Owner - Business / Data Analyst - Senior Manager

As a Product Owner - Business / Data Analyst at State Street, you will be playing a crucial role in a large multi-year transformational project. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the current book of records and trading applications that are in legacy technologies, and guide the team to modernize them into the latest technologies. You will be focusing on understanding new functional enhancements needed for the business, comprehending existing applications, and driving the Agile team to build microservices-based applications.

Key Responsibilities: - Define business/system requirements by facilitating user meetings and interviewing users - Develop use cases, work with SQL queries, and research and resolve issues - Participate in business analysis by documenting very low-level specifications and preparing project documentation - Analyze current processes, recommend solutions, and propose improved processes - Provide technical and business knowledge to various stakeholders - Work with multiple teams to ensure the required functionality is delivered - Interact with Onsite PO and collaborate with the team and Business users for analysis - Lead India Agile team independently and provide clarifications, demos, and domain expertise - Overlap with US teams with working timings from 12pm IST to 9pm IST - Experience in working as a BA / proxy-product owner is required

Qualifications Required: - Deep domain knowledge in Capital Markets, Securities Finance, and Enhanced Custody - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Experience in working in an Agile environment - Proficiency in Oracle SQL platform within the Securities lending business domain
