  • You centralize and clarify the needs of countries and retail teams, and provide functional support on incidents affecting e-commerce sites and the Click & Collect service.
  • You contribute to platform optimization by writing first-level User Stories (fixes, quick wins, simple evolutions).
  • You participate in release preparation (ticket tracking, documentation, coordination) and functional testing before go-live.
  • You monitor key performance indicators for platforms and the Click & Collect service, identify blocking points, and report them quickly to the relevant teams.
  • You conduct regular audits to ensure service quality and reliability.
  • You support field teams by co-leading training sessions, preparing test scenarios, and disseminating best practices.
  • You write and update user support materials for countries and local teams.
  • You act as a digital data referent for countries, producing regular and actionable reports.

Profile

  • You have a higher education degree (business school, university, or equivalent) with a strong interest in digital, e-commerce, or project management.
  • You have initial experience (internships or work-study included) in project coordination, e-commerce, digital, or retail.
  • You are recognized for your organizational skills, rigor, and ability to manage multiple subjects in parallel.
  • You enjoy working with diverse stakeholders in an international and multicultural environment.
  • You are comfortable with digital tools and performance data.
  • Your analytical skills, pedagogical approach, and service orientation make you a reliable partner for field teams.
  • A good professional level of English is essential.
