The Comex pole "Entrepreneurs & Private Banking" aims to develop the entrepreneur segment for both their professional activity and their private wealth, adapting to the evolving environment: transformation of customer usage, particularly digital, societal and/or environmental transitions, and a strong need for expertise. In a context of accelerating transformations and evolving competition, LCL must:
- Assert a strong strategic vision, with a priority on core banking markets and themes.
- Drive and support transformations in line with defined orientations.
- Contribute to commercial development in conjunction with the Distribution Department.
- Natively integrate digital into business thinking and ensure the reference framework (customer journeys, digital ecosystems).
You will join the Entrepreneur Market Directorate, within the Marketing department, which is responsible for defining the marketing strategy and offers for the entrepreneur market, improving customer satisfaction, relational and commercial effectiveness, profitability, and innovation. Within the entrepreneur financing pole, you will contribute in particular to the following missions:
Globally, across the entire credit/financing domain: Contribution to the framing of our offers, the implementation of the Financing product roadmap, and all evolutions within this scope. As such, you will be involved in framing, end-to-end project management, including coordination and animation of all stakeholders (network, business lines, and IT).
More specifically, participation in the work to implement a redesign of our financing approval process and tool. Indeed, LCL began a very ambitious project at the end of 2025 to review credit approval journeys, with the aim of pooling and converging credit functionalities between the entrepreneur market and that of large companies, natively integrating digital and cross-channel journeys, and benefiting from technological contributions such as AI to offer more personalized journeys and elements based on each of our clients or prospects.
As such, you will collaborate with a dedicated project team, working in an agile manner. You will represent the voice of the entrepreneur market within this team, and you will be responsible for alignment between this dedicated project team and the Credit/Financing pole of the entrepreneur marketing team.
