Product Owner CRM (H/F)

Responsibilities

As CRM Product Owner, you will drive the roadmap and assist in transforming usage (MS Dynamics 365). You will define and champion the CRM vision, build and maintain the roadmap, and identify areas for improvement. You will formalize business needs, prioritize the backlog, and manage testing phases. Additionally, you will participate in implementation phases and contribute to change management and tool adoption.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT
• Proven experience as a CRM Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Manager
• Experience with MS Dynamics 365
• Experience in an international environment
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform
• Fluent French
