Role

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Product Owner Digital Platforms (80–100%) for an established Swiss energy and infrastructure company.

Our client is a regionally leading energy and service company with several business areas related to energy supply, infrastructure, and digital services for private and business customers. The company is consistently driving the digitalization of its customer platforms and investing in modern systems to optimize the customer journey, customer communication, and CRM-supported business processes.

To further develop the digital platforms, we are looking for a dedicated personality as Product Owner Digital Platforms.

Responsibility

  • Responsibility for the product vision and further development of digital platforms
  • Maintenance and prioritization of the product backlog for digital customer solutions
  • Close collaboration with development teams, UX designers, and specialist departments
  • Analysis and optimization of the customer journey across digital channels
  • Further development of CRM-supported processes in sales, marketing, and customer service
  • Recording and structuring of functional requirements and user stories
  • Planning and management of release cycles and product improvements
  • Ensuring high user experience and product quality
  • Coordination between IT, marketing, sales, and customer service
  • Analysis of user data, customer feedback, and platform performance
  • Participation in digitalization and innovation projects

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in Business Informatics or Computer Science
  • Several years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in digital product development
  • Several years of experience in the CRM environment
  • Sound understanding of sales, marketing, and customer journey processes
  • Experience with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Analytical and structured way of working
