Your daily life

The Land and Air Systems business, based at the Massy site, is a leader in air traffic control command and systems and air defense radar systems.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following missions:

• Define the product vision: build the backlog with users and stakeholders in terms of features, mockups, priorities, etc.
• Ensure the consistency of your vision with the various stakeholders and potential Thales clients
• Drive adoption within entities and change management strategies
• Identify possible synergies with other Customer Support industrial entities, other products, etc.
• Collect necessary elements for development from key users and actively participate in various ceremonies (scoping, grooming, planning, demo, dailies, retro, etc.)
• Manage the gains and associated costs of features
• Write & prioritize User Stories in the Product Backlog
• Master the backlog (smooth progress according to the roadmap, opportunities, etc.)
• Alert on potential deviations
• Ensure the development team understands the User Stories
• Ensure that Definition of Ready / Definition of Done are respected
• Monitor application availability and performance

Your profile

With a BAC+5 degree, you have experience/skills in:

• The industrial world of customer support and associated processes
• Maximo and/or equivalent CMMS
• UX design and the ability to empathize with users
• An English-speaking environment

Your synthesis and communication skills, your ability to propose solutions, and your communication are qualities that are recognized in you.
