Job Description

What we offer:

As a key member of the squad, you will play a central role in gathering requirements, planning, steering, ensuring deliverable quality, and continuous improvement, while fostering fluid collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

By joining our team, you will actively contribute to ensuring project success while respecting quality, deadline, and budget requirements.

Your missions:

• Lead the squad to unite and mobilize skills around common objectives.
• Ensure the functional vision of the managed applications, while ensuring their alignment with user needs and strategic objectives.
• Estimate and plan evolution requests to ensure their feasibility and harmonious integration.
• Manage the product backlog by prioritizing tasks and ensuring their consistency with business priorities.
• Act as the interface with other squads and external teams for fluid and effective collaboration.
• Write functional documentation and perform qualification tests to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

What you bring:

• Graduated from an IT program (ideally Bac+5),
• Expertise in the payment industry, particularly in Issuing.
• Proficiency in project planning methodology and collaborative tools such as Confluence and Jira.
• Comfortable with technical tools like launching scripts, reading logs, database queries, or API testing via Postman.

If you:

• Have excellent listening, analysis, reformulation, and synthesis skills;
• Know how to organize your work rigorously, demonstrate autonomy, and anticipate needs by proposing adapted solutions;
• Are distinguished by your dynamism, daily adaptability, and ability to take a step back;
• Enjoy taking on challenges, working in a team, and contributing to collective results;
