Product Owner - Financial

About

We are looking for an experienced
• Product Owner*

with strong
• financial domain expertise*

and hands‑on understanding of
• ETL and Cloud technologies*.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and engineering teams to define product vision, manage priorities, and deliver scalable data‑driven solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog, user stories, and priorities for financial domain projects
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and data teams to gather and refine requirements
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and actionable user stories
• Drive product roadmap planning and ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements
• Work closely with ETL and Cloud teams to support data integration, migration, and modernization initiatives
• Ensure product solutions meet business objectives, compliance requirements, and customer needs
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT, and release activities
• Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams

Required Skills

• Strong experience as a
  • Product Owner / Business Analyst / Product Manager*
• Must have experience in the
  • Financial domain*
• Good understanding of
  • ETL processes, data pipelines, and data integration*
• Experience working with
  • Cloud platforms* such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodology
• Ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on finance, banking, payments, or accounting‑related applications
• Familiarity with data warehousing, reporting, and analytics platforms
• Scrum/Product Owner certification is a plus

Experience

• 8+ years of overall experience, with relevant Product Owner experience preferred
