Product Owner

The Product Owner will support the loan servicing application integrated with Versana, with responsibility for backlog ownership and cross functional coordination to enable efficient syndicated loan servicing.

Contract Length: 6 months with potential to extend and potential to convert to full-time employee

Key Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the loan servicing product backlog, including Versana and Loan IQ integrations
• Translate business requirements into clear features and user stories
• Partner with Technology teams and external vendors to deliver solutions end-to-end
• Serve as the primary point of contact for production issues, enhancements, and escalations
• Coordinate production triage and issue resolution
• Support UAT execution and manage production releases
• Work within Agile delivery frameworks using Jira and user story driven development

Core Experience (Required)

• Experience working with Versana and/or Loan IQ (Versana experience strongly preferred)
• Product Owner or Product Manager experience with backlog ownership
• Strong understanding of syndicated loan servicing operations
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Experience supporting UAT and managing production deployments
• Strong cross functional communication and coordination skills
