About the role
About LCL
We are the bank for those who transform their dreams into projects and their projects into reality. We aim to make our bank the leader in supporting French entrepreneurs.
It is thanks to our 16,400 employees that LCL was elected Service Client de l’Année 2026 in the category “Retail Banking Network” for individuals: a recognition of our ambition to be No. 1 in customer satisfaction.
As a national urban bank, a subsidiary of the Crédit Agricole group, we are a solid partner to over 6 million clients. We rely on a vast network: over 1,400 commercial branches and 3 client market networks (Proximity Banking, Private Banking, and Corporate Banking, Institutional, and Wealth Management).
By acting daily in the interest of society, we are a group committed to diversity and inclusion, placing people at the heart of all our transformations. All our positions are open to people with disabilities.
We are also committed to decarbonization and supporting transitions, aiming for a positive social impact and encouraging an entrepreneurial society.
As part of the Crédit Agricole Group's PMT, ACT 2028, and LCL's "Energie 2030" ambitions, transformation is at the core of LCL's Finance businesses, both in terms of tools and organization.
In the Accounting domain, an essential support for the financial system and the company's daily operations, transformation is necessary to increase our agility to better respond to regulatory constraints and, above all, to enable IT modernization with new product offerings.
Stemming from the Finance roadmap, the accounting transformation program, NACRE program, addresses these various challenges.
Responsibilities
As the "Product Owner" for Accounting and Regulatory, reporting to the Chief Accounting Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Accompanying and deploying the Accounting Department's roadmap within the framework of the Accounting IT System overhaul program, NACRE (Nouvelle Architecture Comptable Réglementaire Evolutive), in close collaboration with the Crédit Agricole Group's project for overhauling consolidation and regulatory reporting tools (CORTEX program).
- Monitoring the program's backlog and ensuring iterations are completed within the allocated milestones and budgets.
- Proposing optimization avenues, based on an effort/value approach, along with technical solutions and various testing strategies for the products to be delivered.
- Coordinating the work of different teams and proposing a project tracking dashboard, in close collaboration with the Finance Initiative leader.
- Representing the director in "Group Projects" meetings concerning accounting and regulatory scopes.
