About Us

The company we are recruiting for is a fast-growing structure operating at the intersection of digital, strategic consulting, and entrepreneurship. It has developed an innovative technological platform in the organized retail sector (franchise, networks, commercial real estate) with the ambition to reinvent the connection between project leaders and brands. In a context of continuous structuring and growth (+50% revenue in 2024), it wishes to strengthen its digital division with the recruitment of its future Product Owner, at the crossroads of product, acquisition, and marketing. Reporting directly to the founders and integrated into the steering committee:

Responsibilities

• You own the product vision and define a clear roadmap, focused on performance and conversion.
• You oversee the UX/UI strategy, prioritization of developments, and interactions with tech/design teams.
• You manage acquisition levers (SEO/SEA), with a strong focus on content strategy and data.
• You drive the platform's communication across various channels (social media, partnerships, video content...).
• You will structure and eventually develop a small, results-oriented digital team.

Profile

• You are a doer, with a strong appetite for building environments and digital products with impact.
• You have a growth, performance, and conversion-oriented culture, without neglecting user experience.
• You know how to balance strategic vision with operational execution.
• You enjoy testing, iterating, challenging approaches, and working with diverse stakeholders (tech, sales, design).
• You have an interest in the franchise, entrepreneurship, or commercial real estate sectors? This is a plus.

Compensation

Up to €55K depending on profile.
