2 CDI positions to be filled as soon as possible in Rennes.

As Product Owner for the CORPORATE factory, you will contribute to the development and implementation of our software solutions and collaborate with business and technical teams to deploy innovative and relevant solutions.

Responsibilities

On a daily basis, your missions will be as follows:

• In collaboration with the Product Manager, manage the product of the factory.
• Plan and prioritize work, animate the backlog and support the team in its value creation.
• Ensure its proper functioning and evolution in line with customer needs.
• Present the product's progress to its ecosystem and gather feedback in a continuous improvement approach.
• Exchange with other teams or factories to coordinate multi-scope work.
• Participate and contribute to the agile events of the squad and the Factory.
• Actively carry out functional monitoring on topics related to the scope.

Do you demonstrate curiosity, dynamism and autonomy, are you proactive and do you enjoy leading a product team in a demanding functional and technological environment?

Do you master Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), have a real sense of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction, and are you recognized for your analytical, synthesis and communication skills?

With a higher education in IT (Engineering School or University), you have experience in the IT world (development, design), complemented by experience in the banking world and at least 3 years in agile project management and team leadership.
