Your Challenge
As a Senior Product Owner, you will take charge of the "Attract" scope for the websites of 2 iconic luxury brands, encompassing all pages preceding entry into the booking funnel. You will actively participate in defining the product vision and building the strategic roadmap for this scope, and you will manage the entire product lifecycle. Your mission is to deliver a fluid user experience, maximize engagement, support the business objectives of the brands, and directly contribute to Accor's financial performance.
Your Mission:
Product Strategy and Roadmap
- Co-build, in collaboration with Design, Technical, and Business teams, the major annual strategic objectives for the luxury brand websites.
- Conduct benchmarks, analyze performance data (Google Analytics, ContentSquare), and user feedback (Qualtrics) to identify opportunities and areas for innovation.
- Build and manage the quarterly product roadmap for brand websites, based on in-depth analysis of benchmarks, performance data, user feedback, and business opportunities.
- Prioritize strategic initiatives by evaluating their value and feasibility, notably using the RICE method.
- Establish and track OKRs and KPIs to measure the success of your scope and guide product decisions.
Agile Delivery Management (Scrum)
- Translate the roadmap into clear and actionable sprint objectives, considering the team's capacity (design, product, tech) as well as business dependencies and constraints.
- Manage and maintain the product backlog in a structured and dynamic manner.
- Write clear, concise, and development-ready user stories.
- Lead all agile rituals (Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review) to ensure a fluid and efficient development cycle.
- Validate the quality of developments across different environments (test, pre-production, production).
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Establish and maintain a strong relationship with the brand business owners, serving as their primary point of contact for gathering business needs and communicating the roadmap and progress.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Designer on Discovery phases and design (new journeys, templates, components, UI/UX optimizations) to ensure an optimal user experience.
- Work in tandem with Tech teams to technically scope new features and the creation of components on the Content Management System (CMS).
- Collaborate with other Product Owners within the Brands Tribe (Novotel, Fairmont, Pullman, etc.), POs from the All.com platform, and the Design System team for the creation and adaptation of reusable cross-functional components (“core model”).
- Collaborate with the external SEO agency to scope and prioritize technical optimizations.
The Team & Work Environment
You will join a team based in Paris, composed of developers, QA, and designers. You will also collaborate daily with cross-functional teams (Core Model, SEO, Accessibility, Analytics). You will report to the Product Manager for the 2 luxury brand websites in scope.

Qualifications
And You?
- Proven Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience as a Senior Product Owner, ideally in a complex digital or e-commerce environment, with demonstrated experience contributing to product strategy.
- Agile Expertise: Mastery of Agile Scrum frameworks and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Notion).
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of a CMS (Content Management System) like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a major asset. Knowledge of technical SEO challenges.
- Knowledge of the hospitality or luxury sector would be a plus.
- Prioritization Skills: Proven ability to arbitrate and prioritize requests in a context of multiple stakeholders and cross-functional impacts.
- Autonomy and Responsibility: Ability to manage a complex scope autonomously, taking initiative and assuming your decisions.
- Collaborative Excellence: Strong communication and teamwork skills with diverse profiles (Tech, Design, SEO, Business).
- Analytical Mindset: Mastery of analysis tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Content Square) for KPI tracking and decision support.
- Impactful Communication: Excellent ability to present complex topics clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, and to argue your points to persuade.
- Problem Solving: Solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions.
- English Proficiency: Oral / Written
