Dans le cadre d'une nouvelle organisation au sein de nos équipes, nous recherchons un(e) Product Owner pour notre équipe Data Indus, dans notre agence de Charbonnières-les-bains (près de Lyon).

Le/La Product Owner Smart Connecteurs est responsable de la définition fonctionnelle et de la livraison opérationnelle des connecteurs entre les outils CAO et les ERP industriels, en s'appuyant sur le DataHub et la stack Agora. Vous travaillerez en binôme avec le Product Manager, qui porte la vision et la roadmap, et sert d'interface quotidienne avec l'équipe R&D Data Indus. Votre objectif : transformer des besoins industriels complexes en produits simples, robustes et utiles.

Le poste est à pourvoir en CDI à temps plein, dès janvier 2026.

VOS FUTURES MISSIONS

1. Contribute to product scoping (with the PM)
   • Explore industrial uses: BOM, articles, nomenclatures, modifications, CAD / ERP exchanges
   • Understand the field obstacles of engineering departments, methods, production, sales administration.
   • Translate the PM's roadmap into operational objectives for R&D.
2. Define functionalities and business rules
   • Precisely describe interoperability flows: models, mappings, transformations, validations
   • Write clear, actionable, and value-oriented User Stories
   • Define API and integration needs with the DataHub and the Agora suite.
3. Manage the backlog and delivery
   • Structure, prioritize, and maintain the backlog in line with the PM's decisions
   • Prepare and lead agile rituals (refinements, sprint planning, reviews...)
   • Ensure fluid communication between PM, architects, developers, and cross-functional teams.
4. Test and guarantee functional quality (No QA team: responsibility is direct.)
   • Test delivered developments and validate acceptance criteria
   • Verify the consistency and robustness of CAD / ERP flows, including edge cases
   • Detect regressions, refine rules, and guide corrections.
5. Document, share, and support
   • Write or contribute to the functional documentation of connectors
   • Prepare materials for internal teams and integration partners
   • Participate in knowledge transfer and training around delivered modules.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

After an initial pre-qualification call with Emma, our HR, you will meet and discuss with your future manager, Mickaël, to present the position and discuss your motivations. Finally, you will have a final discussion with Philippe, the R&D Director.

  • Experience as a PO, business analyst, functional consultant, or equivalent role
