Responsibilities

• Developing product features list, requirements, and specifications

Qualifications

• 10 years experience in Capital Markets products
• Experience in syndicate loans and related topics
• Demonstrated experience in shaping requirements for a large IB, working directly with business
• 1 year's experience in AI/ML/GenAI based approached
• NY based, strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills

Good to have but not mandatory:

• Advanced Finance degree or CFA Level 1 charter holder
• Familiarity with dealing platforms and market data providers
• Expertise in creating Product Roadmaps, OKRs
• Previous IB Trading experience is highly preferred but not mandatory
