About

As Product Owner, you are responsible for the further development and optimization of our insurance products and supporting processes. You communicate daily with various stakeholders within the organization and translate business needs into concrete improvements and solutions.

You maintain an overview, set priorities, and ensure that ideas are actually realized.

What you will do

• Prioritize and manage the product backlog
• Translate wishes from the business into concrete improvements and user stories
• Develop and optimize digital product and knowledge environments
• Identify market developments and product changes within insurance
• Maintain contacts with insurers, authorized insurers, and external partners
• Analyze product performance, user experiences, and customer feedback
• Initiate and guide improvement and optimization projects

What you bring

You are analytical, have strong communication skills, and can involve people in change. You easily switch between strategy and operations and always keep the end goal in mind.

• Bachelor's work and thinking level
• Experience within the insurance industry
• Knowledge of insurance products and policy conditions
• Experience with digital platforms, systems, and process optimization
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven working
• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or comparable role is a plus
