To support the changes in our logistics site, we are recruiting a WMS Product Owner, a true conductor of the warehouse's business tools, on a permanent contract at our Châteauneuf-de-Gadagne site (Vaucluse).

Your Role

Working closely with the Logistics, IT, and Projects teams, you will be responsible for the smooth operation and evolution of the warehouse's logistics solutions. In this role, you will have the following missions:

Project Phase

• Actively participate in the deployment of the new WMS: configuration, testing, interfaces, data migration, user training
• Contribute to the integration of the WMS with other components of the logistics IT system: ERP Sage X3, TMS, WCS,...
• Document processes and ensure change management with operational teams

Run Phase

• Administer the WMS and logistics solutions on a daily basis: rights management, configuration, interface supervision, user training and support
• Diagnose and resolve functional or technical incidents (stock discrepancies between different software, slowdowns, flow anomalies)
• Monitor tool performance and propose improvements
• Lead functional evolutions in conjunction with publishers/integrators
• Ensure version upgrades (non-regression testing, user training, planning with the integrator and IT teams)
• Participate in logistics IT system extension projects

Qualifications

• You have a Bac+4/5 degree in logistics, information systems, or equivalent and have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role (WMS administration, key-user, IT logistics project manager)
• Participation in the implementation of a WMS would be appreciated.
• You are proficient in warehouse logistics processes (receiving, storage, picking, shipping, stock management) and know one or more tools: WMS, TMS, WCS, ERP,....
• You are comfortable with ERP interfaces (Sage X3 ideally), databases (SQL), and reporting tools (SSRS, Excel)
• You demonstrate real analytical skills, rigor, and a service-oriented mindset, as well as a taste for teamwork.
• Finally, operational technical English (documentation, exchanges with service providers) is essential.
