Position

Product Manager (m/f/d) (unlimited, full-time) Join our Product Management and help shape the future of our products at our location in Chiasso (Switzerland) - flexible working conditions available

Collaboration & Reporting

• You will collaborate closely with our development teams and a wide range of internal stakeholders (including Finance, Account Management, and Marketing). You will report directly to the Product Management Lead.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product requirements, define new product features, and manage the product backlog.
• Work closely with an agile development team to ensure continuous delivery of value.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience in product management or in a related role ( , Product Owner, Project Manager).
• Agile mindset and solid understanding of modern product development and delivery practices.
• Familiarity with agile software development frameworks ( , Scrum or similar).
• Experience in e?commerce, digital payments, or banking.
• Some technical knowledge ( , understanding of APIs, basic data analysis, or familiarity with software architecture concepts) will give you an edge.
• Fluency in English, plus working knowledge of Italian and/or German.
