About the role

Job Duties

  • Oversee the Scrum process for the team, set priorities, and ensure product goals are clearly defined and met.
  • Coordinate documentation efforts and streamline communication among team members and stakeholders to facilitate efficient workflows.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for business analyst requirements, translating business needs into actionable tasks.
  • Monitor project progress, assess deliverables for quality and completeness, and ensure continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support the Product Manager by assisting with the execution of strategic initiatives and facilitating alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Relevant Degree or Diploma

Experience

  • 8+ Years experience as a technical business analyst
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, including practical experience leading or participating in agile teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in software development product ownership, including backlog management, user story creation, and prioritization of features and enhancements
  • Familiarity with minerals processing or data science is advantageous but not mandatory
