Hydrapeak is looking for a highly creative and trend-driven Product & Packaging Designer to join our growing team.

We are seeking someone with a strong eye for color trends, pattern curation, and elevated retail aesthetics who can help develop commercially successful hydration and lifestyle products for major retailers.

Hydrapeak is a fast-growing hydration brand focused on trend-forward design, premium quality, and innovative retail programs across major national retailers.

Responsibilities

• Create trend-forward product graphics, prints, and color stories
• Develop packaging concepts and retail-ready presentations
• Curate seasonal patterns, textures, and trend directions
• Design packaging dielines and product artwork
• Prepare production-ready files for manufacturing
• Collaborate with sales and product development teams on new collections
• Research market trends, fashion, beauty, and lifestyle influences

Requirements

• Fluent in Adobe Illustrator (required)
• Strong experience in packaging design and layout creation
• Strong understanding of color trend forecasting and pattern design
• Experience creating retail-ready artwork and print files
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Experience in consumer products, drinkware, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle products preferred

Work Schedule

• Must be able to commute to Edison, New Jersey 4 days per week

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop
• Understanding of print production and packaging materials
• Experience working with overseas manufacturers
• Portfolio showcasing trend-driven product and packaging work
