About the role

We are seeking a structured, strategic, and hands-on Product & Program Manager to join Winglet at a pivotal stage of our platform development. In this hybrid role, you will operate at the intersection of educational program leadership, product development, and cross-functional platform alignment. You will help structure and scale Winglet’s education portfolio while ensuring the successful execution of our global educational programs across live, hybrid, and on-demand formats.

Working closely with the Co-Founder & CEO (Product Strategy) and our Scientific Leadership, you will contribute to shaping the next phase of Winglet’s platform - supporting the transition from a project-based model toward a structured, scalable education ecosystem.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and manage Winglet’s annual educational program across all formats (live, on-demand, hybrid)
  • Act as primary interface for our global network of 1,500+ medical experts, scientific chairs, associations, and strategic partners
  • Coordinate educational programs, expert contributions, moderators, speakers, timelines, and delivery
  • Ensure high scientific quality, didactic excellence, and consistency across specialties
  • Advise partners on digital education formats and blended-learning concepts
  • Support international expansion across markets and additional medical specialties
  • Structure and standardize Winglet’s B2B and B2C education offerings, including Annual Education Partnerships, Partner Channels & Certification Modules, institutional subscriptions, and Winglet+ subscription tiers, CME packages, and curriculum tracks
  • Translate product strategy into modular, scalable offerings and structures
  • Reduce customization complexity and improve repeatability across programs and partnerships
  • Align Sales, Platform, Marketing, and Operations teams around clear product structures and program delivery
  • Support roadmap documentation, feature requirements, and KPI tracking
  • Contribute to evolving Winglet from a project-driven model into a scalable platform business

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in product management, digital platforms, or complex program environments
  • Ability to combine a product-builder mindset with strong operational execution
  • Experience structuring digital products, subscription models, or modular service offerings - ideally in a growth-stage company
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage complex timelines and multiple stakeholders
  • High interpersonal presence and confidence working with senior medical experts and external partners
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of subscription or B2B platform models
  • Hands-on mentality with strong structural and analytical thinking
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English (written & spoken)
  • Bonus: Experience in EdTech, HealthTech, CME environments, or SaaS/subscription businesses.
