Your daily life
The Land and Air Systems business, based at the Massy site, is a leader in air operations command and control systems and air defense radar systems.
Within the Air Operations sector, you will manage activities related to the implementation of product policy for air operations systems for export.
Responsibilities
- Elaborate programmatic software development strategies for the product, enabling the implementation of product policy and project delivery.
- Ensure planning and manage the necessary skills for product development success.
- Lead the team and product activities, guaranteeing deliverables (cost, schedule).
- Manage risks.
- Propose and implement necessary actions and innovations to strengthen competitiveness and bring necessary innovations to software developments.
- Lead delivery activities related to warranty/MCO phases.
- Ensure reporting to various stakeholders (sector, BL, ...).
- Ensure communication with project management teams (Product/Project Committee, cross-participation in reporting, delivery milestones...).
- Contribute to the development of product plans and offers.
- Ensure coordination with the Demo team.
Your profile
- Significant experience in Project Management, Product Policy, and software development.
- Good knowledge of the defense sector.
- Ability to negotiate and build trusting relationships with internal clients and your team.
- Recognized for leadership, ability to convince and support innovative projects.
- Fluent English speaker.
