Product Regulation & Safety Engineer/Manager

Position Overview

We are looking for a Product Regulation & Safety Engineer/Manager to support regulatory compliance and market access activities for crane products, including all-terrain and mobile cranes. The role focuses on product compliance, certification coordination, and collaboration with engineering and production teams to support applicable international standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and review relevant international regulations, directives, and standards related to mobile cranes, construction machinery, and heavy equipment industries
• Support compliance and certification activities for products intended for international markets
• Coordinate with external certification and testing organizations during certification processes
• Contribute to product design reviews from a regulatory and safety perspective
• Assist in maintaining technical documentation related to compliance and certification requirements
• Collaborate with internal departments including Engineering, Quality, Production, and Product Management
• Support internal awareness and training activities related to product compliance topics
• Assist in addressing regulatory or technical compliance questions related to products and certifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Safety Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, or a related technical field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance, certification, product safety, or related engineering functions within the mobile crane industry, construction machinery, crane, or heavy equipment sector
• Experience with products, projects, or certification activities related to mobile crane manufacturers is considered an advantage
• Familiarity with international standards and regulatory frameworks such as CE marking, ISO standards, EMC requirements, or related compliance systems
• Experience coordinating with certification or testing bodies is considered an advantage
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in cross-functional and international environments
• Professional English communication skills, both written and spoken
