The Product Sales Manager is responsible for up-selling and fulfillment/replenishment, focusing on execution and merchandising. This person will be accountable for retention and penetration of large format customers by geography and handling on-premise customers. Supporting Keurig Dr Pepper brands like 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai, and other fan favorites to retail stores within the assigned territory.

Shift and Schedule:

  • Full-time
  • From the morning hours at 7:00am until the completion of the work
  • Monday-Friday
  • It may be necessary to occasionally work weekends and holidays

Responsibilities of Product Sales Manager:

  • Optimize the marketing and distribution strategies of Keurig Dr Pepper brands to drive expansion, improve market penetration, diversify sales channels, and attain specified volume objectives in the absence of an Account Manager.
  • Communicate with essential contacts at assigned accounts before sales to introduce new products, special offers, marketing materials, store designs, beverage section enhancements, and service expectations.
  • Create and execute a strategy to rearrange beverage shelves effectively to increase the sales of Keurig Dr Pepper products.
  • Take part in arranging the modernized drink sections, exhibits, and organizing promotional materials based on company merchandising protocols.
  • Stock shelves and displays with Keurig Dr Pepper merchandise in the designated beverage zone.
  • Assist in managing the vendors within chain store accounts by overseeing their sales, placements, and rotations.
  • Regularly assess the vendors for proper functionality, cleanliness, and availability of products.
  • Manage the upkeep of sales records for assigned accounts, including producing detailed reports on promotional endeavors, competitor sales analysis, and space arrangements.
  • Sustain adequate levels of reserve stock in each account to ascertain product availability for stocking and displaying in-store.

Requirements of Product Sales Manager:

  • A year of customer service history within a retail setting or a sales position with a focus on achieving sales targets and suggesting supplementary items.
  • Competence in engaging in repetitive tasks that involve lifting, pushing, and pulling objects of 50 pounds or more.
  • Being in possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Verification of car insurance.
  • Having a reliable means of transportation readily available.
