Product Solution Engineer

Wenrix is the next generation of airfare optimization. We are a young and fast‑growing fintech startup for travel companies. Our AI‑driven smart prediction technology helps customers generate new revenue streams from their air volume. By using our products, we ensure tickets are issued at the best possible time and price.

The Product Solution Engineer is a dynamic position that requires cross‑functional collaboration. The lucky candidate will work closely with Operations and Sales to lead all technical aspects of the customer cycle—from initial contact to post‑sales.

What Will You Do?

• You will play a hybrid role that blends technical expertise with strategic business thinking. You'll be responsible for shaping the product while ensuring seamless technical implementation for customers.
• Understand customers’ requirements and integrate Wenrix’s solutions into their environment.
• Assist with the sales cycle and lead all technical aspects—lead technical pilots, design the architecture, and execute the deployment.
• Plan and deliver revenue‑driving solutions in collaboration with Product and R&D.
• Manage long‑term projects and deliver on time.
• Build a strong relationship and be the technical trusted advisor of the customer to help them achieve their business goals.

What You Bring

• Business intuition and the ability to work in a customer‑facing environment.
• Strong written, oral, and technical presentation skills in English.
• 4+ years of enterprise B2B experience in a technical client‑facing role (sales engineer, consulting, project management).
• Prior experience as a full‑stack/back‑end software developer—advantage.
• Fluent in SQL (Postgres/MySQL)—advantage.
• Familiar with AI and Big Data—advantage.
• Speak additional languages at a business conversational level—advantage.
