The Manpower Permanent Placement cabinet is recruiting for one of its clients, a financial institution, a Product Solutions Analyst, fluent in English and Portuguese (M/F/X) for a permanent role for the Investment Solutions Department. We are looking for dedicated individuals interested in a versatile position.

Your tasks

• Liaise with Group Investment teams on product development initiatives
• Ensure all product-related documentation complies with established processes and procedures, introducing controls and checks where necessary
• Prepare marketing materials within the scope of responsibility
• Analyze markets, investment products, and securities to support the development and enhancement of product offerings
• Perform risk analyses, including regulatory and business risks associated with product offerings, in line with policies and guidelines
• Conduct market research and propose ideas for new products and services
• Prepare and deliver investment materials supporting global investment strategies and products
• Monitor financial product developments and keep the team informed of news that may impact clients or recommended investment strategies
• Act as a subject matter expert on asset classes and investment solutions, supporting Advisors and Bankers
• Monitor product KPIs, including AUM growth, client adoption, revenue contribution, and risk indicators

Your profile

• 2-5 years’ experience within financial markets or investment products
• BA required
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is required
• Strong knowledge of the European regulations and regulatory environment
• Knowledge in financial instruments, products and financial services
• High attention to detail, especially when working with financial data and regulatory constrains
