Product & Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Required Experience

• Grade 12 / SQA Accredited Equivalent
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field

Technical

• Strong coding background (full-stack): C#, .NET, React, or similar modern languages
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, IaC, and modern DevOps pipelines
• Proven experience in system design and architecture
• Experience with system integration and API-driven architectures, including event-driven design, microservices, and modern API standards (REST, webhooks, OAuth).
• Hands-on knowledge and work experience with Azure services OR equivalent cloud
• Strong understanding of data modelling, workflow design, and integration patterns
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms, AI-assisted development, or automation tooling (Advantageous)

Solution & Product

• Experience in solutioning and problem-solving, with the ability to translate requirements into clear architecture and system designs.
• Proven track record in building internal platforms/applications engineering, technical product ownership, or solution consulting
• Worked in a lean environment comfortable working across the SDLC.
• Experience building operational workflows, process automation, or transactional systems (Advantageous)

Domain

• Demonstrated experience in the financial services or fintech sector, preferably within SME lending, B2B finance, or related areas
