Product Specialist / Design

Duties & Responsibilities

Create High-Impact Documentation

• Develop clear, concise, and accurate user guides, feature overviews, and rollout documentation

• Collaborate with development and training teams to ensure content aligns with product functionality

Visual Storytelling & Design

• Create infographics, videos, and visual assets to simplify complex concepts

• Design UI elements such as icons and web graphics aligned to brand standards

Knowledge Transfer & Training

• Support internal training initiatives

• Ensure teams are up to date with product features and updates

Continuous Improvement

• Review and update existing documentation to maintain accuracy and relevance

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, and Developers

• Participate in stand-ups and documentation reviews

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a Product Specialist, Technical Writer, Product Writer, or similar role

• Experience within a software or technology environment

Technical Skills:

• Strong technical writing ability

• Experience with documentation tools (e.g. Google Workspace)

• Familiarity with WordPress or web publishing tools

• Exposure to AI tools for content creation (advantageous)

Design Skills:

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Affinity, or similar tools

• Understanding of UX/UI principles

Additional Skills:

• Ability to simplify complex technical information

• Strong attention to detail and process-driven mindset

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills

• Multimedia content creation (video/tutorials) advantageous
