Role
They’re looking for a Product Support Engineer who’s hands-on with Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes, comfortable troubleshooting complex enterprise environments and experienced working directly with customers.
Requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Passion for artificial intelligence and large language models.
- 2+ years in a technical role supporting enterprise-level customers
- Strong Linux
- Strong Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go
