Mission Description

  • Process AOG (Aircraft On Ground) Technical / Critical Workstoppage cases with the objective of releasing the aircraft as quickly as possible on LEAP and CFM56 engines. The operational scope of these cases includes: Turbomachinery, line maintenance, oil system, and equipment.
  • Ensure real-time monitoring of engine operational behavior (health monitoring), make maintenance recommendations to customers, and follow up on them.
  • Formalize and share feedback on engine operational behavior.
  • Formalize and share feedback on AOG cases.
  • Identify and share needs for documentary updates with hardware owners or parts managers.
  • Participate in internal and external meetings related to the communication of in-service issues and monitoring.
  • Participate in the development of continuous improvement actions for the sector.

Depending on the defined pace, presence will alternate between the CSC and the PSE.
