Product Support Manager – Civil & Military Programs (Freelance)

Role Overview

We are looking for a senior Product Support / Program Management professional to support civil and military aerospace programs.

The role requires strong transversal leadership and the ability to represent the company toward aircraft OEMs, including commercial and contractual interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage after-sales policies (spares, repairs, services)
• Ensure contractual compliance and performance tracking
• Act as contractual focal point for assigned programs
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, quality, finance, repair stations)
• Drive performance reviews, action plans, retrofits, and repair capability development
• Manage risks (industrial, financial, contractual) and corrective actions
• Monitor KPIs: OTD, Repair TAT, revenue, warranty costs, inventory
• Track EIS milestones and program deliverables

Key Deliverables

• Program contractual & performance tracking
• Single point of contact for customers and repair stations
• Milestone, risk, and action plan tracking
• Consolidated dashboards and customer reporting
