Trainer position is responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees or clients, ensuring effective learning outcomes and organizational performance.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver training courses including certificate/ non-certificate training, product training, operation training and other training requirement from department, etc.
  • Training Management including venue, trainers, training evaluation arrangement and feedback.
  • Elearning South Africa platform operating and maintenance.
  • Training material output and localization according to requirement.
  • Training consultant from clients and department including emails, phone calls, etc.
  • Certified Trainer Team Construction and Internal Empowering
  • Self-Learning and Improve according to manager
  • Obey company rules.
  • Other tasks from manager.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years CCTV, access control, alarm or related experience.
  • Has own car to transport
  • Bachelor degree of Information technology and other science and engineering subjects.
