Product & UX Lead (AI-First Products)

We’re creating tools that help brands plan, execute, and optimize marketing at scale, combining strong product thinking, great UX, and AI-driven automation.

Role Description

This role sits squarely at the intersection of product thinking and UX craft. You'll define the experience through wireframes, user flows, and airtight requirements so developers can move without second-guessing. No hand-holding needed on either side.

What you'll own

• The full UX definition of a product user journeys, information architecture, interaction logic, edge cases
• Low-to-mid fidelity wireframes and flows that communicate design intent clearly
• PRDs and feature briefs that leave no room for interpretation
• Product prioritisation across multiple builds running in parallel
• Using AI tools to accelerate your own process research, prototyping, spec writing, ideation

You're the right person if

• 4–8 years across product and UX
• Hands-on with Figma for flows and wireframes
• A habit of thinking through edge cases, error states, and empty screens without being asked
• Clean, unambiguous written specs
• AI tools already in your daily workflow
