Production Cost Controller

About

A (Junior) Production Cost Controller opportunity exists at a global pharmaceutical and medical devices manufacturer.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the costing of production batches is accurate.
• Create, update, and maintain BOMS using SAP ERP software.
• To ensure that the BOMS related to the POMN and POPK are accurately set up, identify, and address any deviations.
• Product cost analysis - Analysis of manufacturing variance
• Check batch output against the stock that was issued to the Warehouse.
• Adhere to ISO 9002 and 14001 standards.

Requirements

• You MUST be able to do reconciliations using SAP ERP software...
• create, release, and closure of orders on SAP MM software.
• Diploma or Degree in Cost Accounting or similar (This is non-negotiable)
• Min 2 years’ experience in a production / manufacturing environment
• SAP Manufacturing Module experience - SAP MM

Package & Remuneration

Salary is negotiable, and will be influenced by specific years of experience and specific qualifications. A salary of around R25 000 ctc per month, plus an annual incentive bonus, is envisaged for this position.
