Production Engineering Manager

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Engineering Manager to lead their manufacturing operations in **Benin City, Edo, NG**. This senior role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met or exceeded. The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement initiatives, implement lean manufacturing principles, and manage a team of engineers and production staff. Key responsibilities include developing and executing production plans, optimizing manufacturing processes, and troubleshooting production issues. You will also be responsible for managing the production budget, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring adherence to quality control protocols. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing technologies, equipment maintenance, and process optimization techniques. The Production Engineering Manager will collaborate with R&D, supply chain, and quality assurance departments to ensure seamless product lifecycle management.
