Production Manager - Western Cape

Introduction

Our client, a South African-based manufacturer specializing in the production and supply of various FMCG products, is currently seeking to appoint a Production Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities • Oversee Milling, Packaging and Mixing operations • Achieving production and extaction targets • Minimising downtime and maximising plant efficiency • Leading, training and performance-managing production teams • Ensuring food safety, hygience and plant safety compliance • Overseeing maintenance schedules • Managing production materials and ingredients stock levels • Driving sales to prevent overstock

Desired Experience & Qualification • Qualification in Engineering, Operations or Management • 5-7 Years experience in the FMCG industry • Proven experience in millig or food production • Strong leadership annd technical ability • Excellent problem-solving skills • Solid reporting and administrative capability • High standards of accountability and discipline

Package & Remuneration

R720k to R780k ctc per (depending on level of experience)
