Job Description:

Our client is seeking a motivated Production Project Manager to manage client programs from post-sale kickoff through production and delivery. This role combines client relationship management, cross-functional coordination, and hands-on project execution. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong communication with both internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee client projects from initial setup through completion and ongoing support
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure alignment and smooth execution
  • Convert customer requirements into clear production and manufacturing instructions
  • Maintain project documentation including specifications, artwork files, and packaging details
  • Track timelines, milestones, and performance metrics while proactively resolving challenges
  • Lead meetings, provide status updates, and ensure accountability across stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and support process enhancement initiatives
  • Monitor project costs, materials, and operational performance
  • Build strong client relationships through consistent communication and service

Qualifications:

  • 3–6+ years of account management or project management experience
  • Experience in manufacturing, food production, or a related industry preferred
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Understanding of production workflows, materials, and quality standards
  • Experience managing documentation such as artwork, specs, or packaging files preferred
  • ERP implementation exposure is a plus
  • Strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
