About the Role
This International Streaming division is looking for a Creative Production Project Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Creative Operations, you will bridge the gap between our Creative department and key business stakeholders. Your primary focus will be defining project scopes, establishing milestone-driven timelines, and managing budgets. You will also be responsible for resource management, streamlining the review process, and maintaining clear communication with internal teams and external creative/post-production vendors to ensure high-quality delivery.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Coordination: Direct global creative projects through every phase, from initial planning and creative development to production, final delivery, and wrap-up.
- Operational Definition: Outline critical project components including schedules, resource allocation, labor hours, and external expenditures.
- Documentation Management: Distribute and maintain all essential project materials, such as creative briefs, strategic roadmaps, status updates, and post-mortem retrospectives.
- Status Tracking: Provide regular updates on project health and milestones; proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks using specialized project management software.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Marketing Managers to analyze business metrics, applying data-driven insights to optimize the performance of future campaigns.
- Brief Assessment: Evaluate detailed project plans and briefs against budget constraints, scope requirements, and necessary deliverables.
- Risk Mitigation: Maintain open lines of communication with leadership to ensure all project risks are identified and escalated appropriately.
- Administrative Oversight: Manage the vendor lifecycle by processing NDAs, SOWs, and advance requests, while overseeing the invoicing process.
Qualifications
- Industry Expertise: 5+ years of experience in creative project management within the media and entertainment sector (specifically spanning video, photography, print, and OOH).
- Workflow Proficiency: Advanced experience with Airtable, specifically utilizing Tables, data syncs, automated workflows, and custom interfaces.
- Organizational Mastery: Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize competing tasks and meet rigorous deadlines.
- Creative Background: Demonstrated success in a project management or coordinator capacity within a high-volume creative environment.
