Production & Site Coordination Manager

SOTA is a high end residential joinery company specialising in luxury kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, bars, and bespoke interiors. We are looking for an experienced, highly organised, and proactive Production & Site Coordination Manager to join our growing team.

This role is a hybrid between a Project Manager and Site Manager and will require someone who can confidently manage production coordination, site communication, quality control, scheduling, and client interaction from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously from production through to installation
• Create and maintain tracking systems, schedules, and workflow management systems using Excel and related software
• Ensure all production and installation deadlines are monitored and adhered to
• Liaise professionally with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Conduct thorough QC checks on all products before leaving the factory
• Coordinate site requirements and ensure all necessary materials are ordered ahead of installations
• Manage site progress, snag lists, and installation timelines
• Ensure teams are working efficiently and according to programme dates
• Send professional client and contractor correspondence via email and WhatsApp
• Assist in improving operational systems and processes within the business

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years experience in project management, production coordination, or site management
• Previous experience in the joinery, cabinetry, interior fit out, or construction industry is essential
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and creating tracking systems
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Strong client facing and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Self motivated, proactive, and able to take initiative
• Valid driver’s license preferred
