A manufacturing company is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to oversee production output, plant efficiencies, SHE compliance, quality control, stock management, and labour coordination within a production plant environment. The successful candidate will ensure safe and efficient plant operations, supervise production teams, maintain housekeeping standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities

Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
• Previous supervisory experience in a production, manufacturing, or plant environment
• Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office
• Strong understanding of SHE and quality standards
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage production teams and shift operations
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Physically fit with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service orientated with high working standards
• Ability to train and mentor operators and production staff
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
