Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Production & Supply Chain Planner based in Columbia, MD, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves overseeing demand and production planning, optimizing supply chain processes, and ensuring on-time product availability. Responsibilities include analyzing forecasts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring efficient operations to meet performance and cost targets. The role also entails effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a streamlined supply chain.
Qualifications • Strong skills in Demand Planning and Production Planning to ensure accurate forecasting and delivery. • Proficiency in Analytical Skills for interpreting data and making informed operational decisions. • Experience in Operations Management to enhance supply chain efficiency and performance. • Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders. • Knowledge of supply chain software tools and ERP systems is advantageous. • Ability to multitask in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. • Educational background in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred.
