Our group builds and manages enterprise‐wide communication and platform capabilities that are reused across Client to enable consistent, secure interactions. By centralizing and standardizing these services, we reduce operational and regulatory risk, eliminate duplicative LOB solutions, lower costs, and accelerate time to market. These capabilities enable teams across the bank to scale faster, operate more efficiently, and deliver consistent, high‐quality customer and associate experiences.

Industry Background

Candidates with backgrounds in financial services, enterprise platforms, or regulated technology environments tend to be most successful in this role. Experience building shared, enterprise‐scale platforms, particularly in areas like communication services, payments, fraud, or customer engagement, is highly valuable.

Role/Responsibilities

• Focus early on understanding users, use cases, and end‐to‐end journeys, partnering with Product and Technology to shape the overall experience.
• From the outset, they establish design direction, patterns, and usability considerations.
• As delivery advances, they iteratively design and refine experiences, collaborate closely with engineering during build, validate solutions through feedback, and ensure consistency with enterprise design standards, accessibility, and evolving platform needs.

Must Have Skills Required (5+ years of overall experience needed)

• Strong proficiency with Figma (or equivalent) for wireframing, high‐fidelity designs, and prototyping,
• Experience designing for enterprise or platform‐based products, including complex workflows and multi‐user journeys,
• Hands‐on experience working with or contributing to design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability,
• Proven ability to collaborate closely with Product Owners and Engineering throughout discovery, design, and deliver.

Flex Skills

• Experience conducting or supporting user research and usability testing,
• Familiarity with financial services or regulated industries,
• Experience helping define UX standards, principles, or patterns for a new product organization,
• Background designing reusable, component‐based experiences for enterprise platforms.

Bachelors Degree Required
