Your Role

As a Product Manager for Energy Distribution Systems / Circuit Breakers (m/f/d), you report to the Product Marketing Manager. The position is to be filled at the Emmenbrücke site, and your activity will take place within the framework of a permanent employment contract.

Your Tasks

• Responsibility for the energy distribution system portfolio unimes H up to 4000 A, ACB and MCCB circuit breakers in the Swiss market
• Ensuring Swiss market requirements in development and innovation projects
• Planning and implementation of product launches, including pricing strategy, marketing materials, and sales training
• Conducting market and competitor analyses and deriving portfolio measures
• Close cooperation with Sales, the Project Department, and Global Product Management
• Participation in steering revenue, sales, budget, and forecast processes to achieve targets

Your Profile

• Basic training as an automation technician / automatic assembly worker in switchgear construction, network electrician, electrical planner, or electrical installer
• Experience with type-tested energy distribution systems EN 61439-2, MCCB & ACB and corresponding technical knowledge
• Experience and further training in product management or willingness to learn
• Thorough knowledge of the electrical industry and the needs of switchgear manufacturers and electrical planners
• Fluent, business-fluent German (C2), good English skills (B2)
• Proficient in using MS applications
• Confident and engaging demeanor with the ability to communicate technical content clearly
• Enjoyment of international collaboration
• Additional further or specialized training in marketing, business administration, or industrial engineering is an advantage
