Responsibilities

Product Management & Strategy:

• Responsibility for product vision, product strategy, and economic success of a diverse portfolio of digital solutions, software, hardware, and service components
• Management of the product roadmap throughout the entire product lifecycle
• Analysis of market, customer, and competitor requirements, and derivation of product and business potentials
• Close collaboration with sales, marketing, development, service, and external partners
• Economic evaluation of new product ideas (e.g., business cases, prioritization, make-or-buy decisions)

Product Owner & Agile Collaboration:

• Translation of product strategy into concrete requirements, user stories, and epics
• Prioritization, maintenance, and further development of the product backlog
• Active participation in agile development processes (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
• Participation in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Ensuring quality, short time-to-market, and sustainable customer benefit

Stakeholder & Interface Management:

• Central interface between business, technology, and market
• Coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Support for sales and marketing in product positioning, market launches, and training

Profile

• Completed studies in Business Informatics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in product management and/or as a Product Owner, ideally in the environment of digital, software-based, or IT-related products
• Experience with cloud-based, digital, or technology-driven solutions
• Strong customer and market orientation as well as a solid economic understanding
• Structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
