What to expect

• You are the first technical internal and external contact person (m/f/d) for one of our services, which deals with the management of energy data
• You independently identify and lead technical projects, such as regulatory changes or new customer migrations
• You coordinate all tasks within the working group, lead internal meetings, and further develop service contracts
• You conduct product presentations and customer events
• You monitor and independently manage all operational processes of the assigned area of responsibility, especially with regard to the procurement and preparation of master and transactional data as well as the forecasting of energy quantities
• You create work instructions and process descriptions
• You control and provide monitoring reports to ensure service quality

What you should bring

• You have a completed degree, for example in business administration or industrial engineering, or a commercial apprenticeship with relevant professional experience
• You have at least 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of energy industry regulations and processes, especially regarding the market rules for electricity and gas
• You have sound experience in handling database-based program interfaces, such as Robotron
• You are proficient in using MS Office programs, such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• You communicate confidently in the German language
• Your working style is structured and solution-oriented, and you convince with strong communication skills, team spirit, and initiative
