First contact: Our process usually begins with a short virtual/phone call to learn more about you! The goal? To get to know you, understand your motivation, and ensure we offer you the right position!
Interviews (on average, there are 3 interviews – the number can vary depending on the required professional experience). During the interviews, you will meet members of our team: your future manager, of course, but also other people with whom you will collaborate. These conversations help us learn more about you, your experience and skills, as well as the position and expectations. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our history, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, you may be invited to a test. This could be a role-play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Responsibilities
- Begleitung des Übergangs zu einer produktorientierten Organisation
- Coaching der Teams bei der Einführung bewährter Produktpraktiken
- Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Zusammenarbeit zwischen UX/UI, Business und IT
- Weiterentwicklung der Teams über einen rein agilen Rahmen hinaus hin zu einem produktorientierten Ansatz
- Coaching von Product Ownern und zukünftigen Product Managern bei ihrer Kompetenzentwicklung
- Bereitstellung von Methoden und Werkzeugen des Produktmanagements (Vision, Roadmap, Priorisierung, Discovery)
- Sicherstellung der Ausrichtung zwischen Nutzerbedürfnissen (UX/UI) und technischen Anforderungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Tech Leads zur Gewährleistung der Machbarkeit und Kohärenz der Lösungen
- Strukturierung der Produktpraktiken innerhalb der Teams (Produktgovernance, Backlog-Management usw.)
- Erleichterung des Austauschs zwischen den verschiedenen Stakeholdern (IT, UX, Business)
- Hinterfragen bestehender Praktiken und Begleitung der Transformation
Qualifications
- Erhebliche Erfahrung als Product Coach, Product Manager oder Lead Product
- Erfahrung in komplexen Umgebungen (idealerweise Bank oder Großkonzerne)
- Beherrschung von IT-, Delivery- und Architektur-Umgebungen
- Frühere Erfahrung in Agile (Scrum) mit einem produktorientierten Ansatz
- Fähigkeit, Produktteams zu coachen und weiterzuentwickeln
- Starke Fähigkeit, die Verbindung zwischen Produkt und Technik herzustellen
- Beherrschung von Werkzeugen und Methoden des Produktmanagements (Produktvision, Discovery, Roadmap, Priorisierung)
- Fließend in Englisch und Französisch
