As a Product Manager, you are the interface between the market and customers. You develop our product portfolio and fulfill customer needs.

As a Product Manager, you are the interface between market, customers, sales, and suppliers. You are responsible for managing and further developing an existing, functional product portfolio and ensuring that it meets customer and market requirements.

Responsibilities

Initial Responsibilities:

• Close collaboration with sales and customer interaction.
• Implement customer requirements into marketable product solutions.
• Analyze and continuously adapt the product portfolio.

Your Mission:

• Close collaboration with sales and regular exchange with customers from defined target industries
• Understand customer requirements and translate them into competitive, market-ready product solutions
• Analysis of product-market fit and continuous further development and adaptation of the product portfolio
• Identify, evaluate, and manage suitable suppliers and supplier relationships
• Support sales in entering new markets and expanding into new industries
• Conduct market and competitor analyses within the focus industries
• Responsibility for product data, price lists, and support in pricing decisions
• Involvement in product documentation, website content, and sales-related materials

Qualifications

Initial Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration.
• Analytical thinking and structured way of working.
• Fluent in English and German; other languages are an advantage.

Your Profile:

• Degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration, as well as marketing training (Marketing MBA) or equivalent experience
• More than 3 years of experience in product management or a similar function in the B2B sector (Junior or Professional level)
• Strong conceptual and analytical thinking with a structured way of working
• Knowledge of fluid technology and relevant focus markets, e.g., experience in food, pharma/chemicals, rail, mechanical engineering, or energy are an advantage
• Experience with hoses or similar products is a plus
• Open, communicative, and confident in customer contact
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
• Fluent in English and German; other languages are an advantage
