The Solago GmbH is a fast-growing solar company focused on the online trade of solar components. In just a few years, we have grown significantly – and our product area plays a central role in this.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Product Manager for Climate & Heating Systems (m/f/d) who will work operationally, further develop structures, and actively drive the expansion of our product portfolio in the area of climate and heating solutions.

Your Tasks

• Strategic and operational purchasing of air conditioners, heat pumps, and accessories
• Selection, evaluation, and development of national and international suppliers
• Price negotiations, contract design, and condition optimization
• Responsibility for an independent product category in the online shops
• Assortment design, set configuration, and product positioning
• Close coordination with marketing, purchasing, logistics, and customer service
• Conduct market and competitor analyses
• Identification of new products and technologies

Your Role With Us

You will take responsibility for the strategic further development of our product categories in the area of climate and heating systems. You will be the interface between purchasing, marketing, logistics, and customer service, ensuring that our products are optimally positioned in the market.

Your Profile

• Completed commercial or technical degree or comparable training
• At least 3 years of professional experience in purchasing or product management in the field of air conditioning, refrigeration, or heat pump technology
• Technical understanding of HVAC systems, especially heat pumps and air conditioners
• Experience in supplier negotiations and condition evaluation
• Analytical and structured way of working
• Independent work and entrepreneurial thinking
• Teamwork skills and high resilience
