Responsibilities

• Strategic Market Development: Analysis of market trends and competitive structures, as well as derivation of measures to secure competitive advantage.
• Portfolio Management: Further development of the modular product and service portfolio with a focus on customer-oriented and future-proof solutions.
• Business Model Innovation: Development and implementation of modern pricing strategies and revenue models (e.g., subscription, usage, or package prices).
• Performance Management: Definition of relevant key figures to monitor the performance of the responsible product groups.
• Interface Function: Close cooperation with the development, marketing, sales, and production departments to ensure market-oriented implementation.

Requirements

• Completed technical or energy management studies.
• Sound professional experience in product management for complex B2B solutions, ideally in energy supply, automation technology, or mechanical engineering.
• Strong sense for customer requirements and the ability to translate technological trends into strategic measures.
• Fluent German and English skills, as well as the competence to communicate complex issues in a target-group-oriented manner.
• Willingness to travel within Germany (approx. 25 days/year).
